How discreet is my purchase?
All orders are sent by courier to ensure total privacy. Your receipt is enclosed in the package so there is no reference to the contents on the exterior of the package. 

Will I be contacted by email?
We do require your email information to purchase from us and you will be contacted. All correspondence is sent to you from "Direct Drop" to help with privacy. We will send you an order confirmation (with products purchased listed) when the purchase is made through our website - however the products purchased will not be mentioned in email again.

What are my payment options?
Currently they are credit card and Paypal.

How soon can I expect delivery?
Your products will be dispatched the next business day after payment is confirmed. Delivery is then expected the following day.

What happens if my order does not arrive?
If your products do not arrive, reply to the confirmation email. Please include your name, address and your order reference number. We will liaise with the courier to locate your item. If you chose to have a confirmation email sent to you, it would have included your courier tracking number. Use this number to trace your delivery at this link

How do I cancel an order?
If you wish to cancel after your order is confirmed, you must contact us immediately by replying to the confirmation email. Please read our cancellation policy carefully.

What if I’m not satisfied with the products I have purchased?
If you are not 100% satisfied with any of the products you have purchased from us, we are happy to provide you with a replacement or a refund on the condition the product is returned unopened. Please read our return policy carefully.

How do I use a condom?
All products have an information leaflet enclosed including a users guide.

Can I use a lubricant with condoms?
Yes, only if it is a water-based lubricant. Do not use oil-based lubricants, such as petroleum jelly. We have a selection of water-based lubricants in our store.

Will using condoms stop me from getting Aids?
If used properly, latex condoms will help reduce the risk of transmission of HIV (AIDS) and many other sexually transmitted diseases, including chlamydia, genital herpes, genital warts, gonorrhea, hepatitis B and syphilis.
